Please read our policy guidelines for rentals, purchases, and care of our designer jewellery collections.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, booking an appointment, renting jewellery, or completing a purchase from Meenakshi's Rental, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our services.

2. Rental Terms & Conditions

For all rental transactions, you agree to comply with the following policies:

  • Return Condition: All rented jewellery pieces must be returned in the exact condition they were received. The customer is fully liable for any damages, missing stones, broken clasps, or structural bends.
  • Cancellation Policy: The booking amount paid to reserve jewellery pieces is non-refundable upon cancellation.
  • Box Protection: The jewellery box provided must be returned intact with the jewellery. If the box is lost, damaged, or not returned, a charge of Rs. 150/- will be applied.
  • Return Deadline & Late Fees: Rented items must be returned by 12:00 AM (midnight) of the scheduled return date. Failure to do so will automatically result in the standard daily rental charges for the following day being applied.

Critical Care Instructions

Due to the delicate nature of luxury and semi-precious materials, please ensure you apply all perfumes, hairsprays, body sprays, and cosmetics before wearing the jewellery. Allow them to dry completely. Direct contact with chemical sprays or moisture can tarnish the metal plating and permanently damage stone settings.

3. Purchase & Sale Policy

For clients purchasing jewellery items directly from our boutique:

  • All Sales Final: All purchases of jewellery pieces are final. Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not permitted under any circumstances.
  • Pre-purchase Inspection: We advise clients to inspect all jewellery thoroughly before completing the purchase. Once sold, Meenakshi's Rental is not liable for subsequent wear, tear, or structural damage.
  • Finish Protection: Keep purchased jewellery away from direct moisture, water, perfume, and sprays to maintain the premium finish.
  • Support Services: For sizing adjustments, re-polishing, or repair requests, please contact our Diva East studio directly.

4. Limitation of Liability

Meenakshi's Rental shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use, wear, or handling of our rented or purchased items. Any legal actions or disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
